The City of Kings: Rapuil & Neoba (Character Pack 2)

The Rapuil & Neoba Character Pack expands The City of Kings by adding two new advanced heroes and a three-story adventure to the game. The new stories can be played alongside or after the core storyline, and the heroes may be used at any time.

Neoba Olembre
Is Neoba crazy or a genius? Perhaps he's both, but you will need to decide as he spreads fire, poison, and frost across the world and then harvests it for his attacks.
